The solution you have been looking for is right in front of you. And not only one but two. Yes, you read right. The problem that seemed to be unsolvable has two different ways out.

The not convenient one

If you choose to find out how to charge PS5 controller using the cable that is provided with the box, just continue reading this paragraph. I wrote the not convenient one because you have to get up from your gaming chair and find the cable that comes with your PS5. Additionally,  plug the USB-C end into the port on the top rear side of the controller and after that, connect the USB Type-A side of the cable to the controller’s front USB ports.

You did that? Well, if you see a light bar that started to pulse in an orange shade, it means that you are bringing your PS5 back to life. Meanwhile, once charging is complete, you won’t see the orange shade anymore and you are now allowed to disconnect the DualSense.

*As additional information, you can plug the cable into a computer or laptop and the PS5 will start to charge the same second your computer turns on.
